Started in 1994. Covers an area of 5000square meters with 8000square meters building. 100people staff. Workshops include copper casting, hardware processing, plastic injecting, assembly, testing, modeling, computerized machine and carton. Annual capacity is more than 1million pieces. Have passed random tests by ZHEJIANG PROVINCIAL AUDIT BUREAU OF QUALITY AND TECHNOWLEDGE for many years. Obtained ISO9001:1994 Certificate in 2000 and passed its systematic change inspection and was given ISO9001:2000 Certificate in 2002.

Rotary piston structure. It registers total amount of water passed in the tube by calculating how many times the piston rotates.
Dry and wet type are both separated from water so as to keep the registering clear.
Registering is stable and high-graded measurement. Easy to install.
Long endurance with no rotating inclination and long work life.
Various types available to register pure water or to be installed in any position. Remote transmission device can be added upon request.
Different structures and specifications with beautiful appearances are available. Meter bodies can be of copper, SS or plastic.
All technical figures are conformed with GB/T778.1~3-1996 which is equivalent to IS04064 Standard Class C.
